Wool is a great natural alternative to plastic synthetic fibres. It is low in energy and water consumption and exhibits extremely high performing properties. Merino wool fibres absorb and pull moisture vapour away from your body unlike synthetics which can only wick away the moisture once it has condensed. One square inch of skin on a merino sheep produces about 4 times as many wool fibres as other breeds of sheep.

Merino wool has paradoxical properties making it ideal for use year round. In the summer it is ideal for wicking moisture away from your body. In the winter, the natural structure of the fibre inherently blocks larger drops of water while continuing to wick away vapour. When vapour is absorbed into wool it binds to the chemical structure of the fibres and small amounts of energy are released in the form of heat. This principle is known as the "heat of sorption".

The crimped structure of wool fibres creates fabrics loaded with tiny air spaces which act as nature’s most efficient insulator adding to wool’s reputation for warmth and comfort. It is the air trapped between the wool fibres and not the fibres themselves that keep you warm. Because Merino wool fibres are smaller in diameter and they are more numerous that coarser wools, they trap more air pockets and keep you warmer.

All of our merino wool products use ethically sourced wool from New Zealand farms. This means the animals are treated fairly, they don't practise mulesing or tail docking. These farms also practise sustainable land management.

Great gloves but could use a couple improvements

My hand measurement indicated XS but I blew out the XS gloves within 2 weeks. Chromag gave me a discount for a Small replacement and so far they've held up for a season of riding. I really like these gloves; the wool is very comfortable and not hot at all in summer. I do wish they had a nose wipe on the thumb and that they were a bit longer in the wrist. My husband has a pair also and he had same suggestion about being longer in the wrist.

Perfect for fall riding in the Sea to Sky

I tend to forget about these gloves over the summer and then when the fall comes back I'm so grateful I have them! I struggle with cold hands riding during fall and these gloves are the best combo to keep my hands warm enough without compromising the comfort that my summer gloves have. If you take care of them, these gloves will last you a long time.
Also, they don't stink as hell after a few rides, which is a big plus!

COMFY!

The natural Merino on that back of the gloves are really comfy even when they get wet. The gloves hold their shape when things get warm. and stay consistent on the grips.

Top Gloves!

Love these gloves. Comfy and durable. I upgraded to these from the Habit gloves. Habits were decent, wore away around the bottom of the glove though. The synthetic leather on these seems to be much tougher.

They look great, the light grey shows the dirt though, quickly got grease on mine...

Definitely be careful with the sizing chart - I went large and they fit fine. If your in doubt over medium or large probably go large for sure. If you in anyway consider your hands to be big you may want to go XL.

Size Up !

Just amaizing.. I ride gloveless 99 % of the time but when its chilly id love some thin gloves....Usually Im a medium for gloves as I like them streched on the finger... because of their Merino texture I was advised to size up...so went with Large....Awesome choice !

So size up and you ll be happy !
