Why we made this

Abrazaderas

Nuestras empuñaduras tienen 3 estilos de abrazadera distintos;
simple , doble y ninguno .

Customers praised these grips as "perfect for big hands," highlighting excellent comfort, durability, and grip. One customer noted they "don't tear toughened skin off" and reduce hand fatigue. However, some found the length too long, requiring modifications, and one mentioned clamps popping off. Limited color options noted.

perfect for big hands that work for a living

Having larger paws (they are used on the tools for years as I'm a tradesman), These fit me well. Many other grips I have used over the years have all given me grief. I tried these when a mate said give them a go after 5 days at a bike park. The best thing for me is they don't tear toughened skin (from the work I do) off. I now have them on all 3 of mt mtb's. The worst part for me is that no one seems to have them in Australia so they end up being very expensive by the time I get them here in OZ

SquarewaveXL needs more colour options

As a bigger guy I really appreciate the feel of the squarewave XL but at this time I'm unable to colour match the accents on my bike. Please produce this grip in black with gold. So far I'm stuck with boring black on black

Great but too long!

I have these and I love the thickness but they're too long! I'm a big guy with big hands hence why I love the thickness. But that also means I want all my controls as far out along the bars as they go (I already run 800mm bars). The long length of these makes me move all my controls inwards which is totally opposite of what I want to achieve as tall and wide guy shopping for thick grips.

I ended up just using a dremel to slice these down to a more normal length and super gluing the bar ends in. It's a bit ghetto but hey I bought the grips already and they ARE great besides the excessive length. The outer lock ring is just not necessary. They have survived plenty of normal and park rides w/ just the normal inner lock ring.

I like these but alas I won't buy another set when they wear out. I'll get some other thick grip that is a normal length. I have my cockpit setup to my liking and I don't want to have to move everything in 1-2cm to accommodate a long grip with 2 lock rings.

If you guys released a version of this that is the more normal length with a single inner lock ring I will 100% buy that as my go-to grip going forward.

Great Grip, long lasting

I don't have particularly large hands, but the larger diameter is great. The length is a little long for me though so I've been cutting off the outer clamp and 6mm of the rubber to avoid having the bar ends stick out significantly past my hands. A single inboard clamp version with integrated barend cover and rubber right to the edge would be the perfect grip for me.

Perfect Grips

Durable. Comfortable. Perfect size for big hands. Reduce the claw effect drastically. I'll never run any other grips. Seriously considering modifying an old bar so I can run one as a shift knob in my car.

Best Grips for My Hands

Best grips going for my hands. I didn't realize how good these grips were until I had some stock grips on a new bike and swapped them onto my HT while I wait for new Squarewave XLs to be in stock. Without the Squarewaves I felt a noticeable hand fatigue, lack of control and pressure points. I'll be swapping back and forth for the time being until I can get some more!

Amazing grip for big mitts!

Love the look, feel and grip of these grips. By far my favorite grip I've used to date. I'll be putting these on my next bike too.

Keep up the great work!

Best grips for big hands

I have unusually big hands and these grips are perfect for me. Unfortunately I couldn't get hold of them here in East Europe and decided to go with completely different grips. My God I will never ever make that mistake again. Nothing matches the quality of chromag and they fit so well. Guys get your production up and running so I can get the lifetime supply of Squarewaves.

Best grips in the game for big hands

These grips are amazing. With bigs hands these help to hold onto the bar with more grip and confidence. I love them and the only grips I ride for now on! These are made for big hands!

Contoured. Grippy not gummy

I think the difference is in the contoured shape - I mean look at the length of your fingers! Flat grips must be cheap to make, but who has a pinkie as big as a middle? So, the grips can be larger and comfortable to hang on to.

Also, the rubber has good tack and the waffles feel good. I just road a very wet enduro race, yeah in the rain, and they did great. Some grips these days feel super gummy in the store but are annoying on your bike outside.

Last, we all have modern bikes these days but we have cheap azz plastic plugs in the bars. These integrated aluminum clamping caps are such a simple and good idea I blame the guy that didn’t think of these before now.

Clamps kept popping off

I love the feel and width of these grips but gave up on them after losing the outer clamp to 3 different sets.

Thanks for the feedback KL! We have seen this before if the grip itself is not firmly pushed all the way onto the bar. Make sure the end of the bar is snugly up against the outside clamp.
We have sent you a direct email to further address your issue and see if we can get this sorted out for you!

XL is rad.

These grips make you want to ride hard. curve your hand into a strong grip and look at the profile...not skinny or narrow is it? These grips let your hand be in a strong and natural position and they don't squish around or feel squirrely under your palms. They make your want rail.

Love these grips

Awesome grips that last. They are wider and thicker and have metal ends that don't fall apart. I have a pair already but got a new set to match my new bars

Large Grip

Thick grips. With a good amount of grip. Reduces chatter a bit more but if your hands are small it might not be the best choice. Larger grip is more taxing on your muscles to hold onto so if your a nervous rider or beginner expect a little more fatigue, but if you have large hands it’s worth it.

and these fit a lot better than most I could find

I'm 6'6" with big hands to match, and these fit a lot better than most I could find. Thickness, grip, & length are all great for me. Clamps hold very well.
